The petitioner, Neta Yadav, applied for regular bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, alleging that he and others stopped a victim and fired upon him, causing injuries. He has been in custody since 28 July 2025 and possesses nine prior criminal cases, including four for murder.
