If verification of the petitioner's criminal antecedent is not completed within one month from the hearing, paragraph 8 of the bail order dated 10-10-2025 shall be deemed deleted.

Summary

The petitioner, Imam @ Md. Inam, filed an application seeking modification of the bail order dated 10-10-2025 in Criminal Miscellaneous No.9314 of 2025. The bail order required verification of the petitioner's criminal antecedent from all police stations in the district before accepting the bail bond, and the verification had not been completed even after three months. The petitioner argued that the delay violated the order and sought a directive for timely verification. The court observed that if verification is not completed within one month from the date of the hearing, paragraph 8 of the original bail order shall be deemed deleted. Accordingly, the court disposed of the petition with the observation, effectively modifying the bail order. The petition was thus disposed without further orders.
