The court directed the Director of FSL, Patna to submit the forensic report within two weeks and scheduled the case for hearing after three weeks.

Summary

The petitioner, Phutul Kumar, filed a criminal miscellaneous petition challenging the delay in obtaining his thumb impression analysis. The High Court, recalling its earlier order, directed the Director of FSL, Patna to submit the forensic report within two weeks from the date of the order. The court also ordered that the case be listed for further hearing after three weeks and that any interim orders remain in force.
