The petition is disposed as the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed.
Summary
The petitioners, a group of students, filed a civil writ petition against Lalit Narayan Mithila University, its officials, and the State of Bihar alleging grievances likely related to dues. During the pendency of the case, the petitioners filed a supplementary affidavit and informed the court that their grievance had been redressed and they no longer wished to pursue the matter. The petitioners sought an order disposing of the case. The court, after noting the petitioners' submission, disposed of the petition on the ground that the grievance was resolved, while granting the petitioners liberty to approach the appropriate authority within one month if any dues remained unpaid. The court further directed that any such representation be decided within three months, with an opportunity of hearing.
