The High Court disposed of the writ petition at the admission stage, directing the Managing Director to consider the petitioners' prior representations within eight weeks.

Summary

The petitioners, three private individuals, filed a writ petition in the Patna High Court challenging actions of the State of Bihar and officials of the Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation Ltd., alleging grievances related to food and civil supply matters. They had previously submitted representations on 14‑05‑2025 and 24‑05‑2025 to the Managing Director of the corporation. The Court, without examining the merits, disposed of the petition at the admission stage with the consent of both parties.
