The writ application was disposed of as not pressed because the petitioner withdrew it in view of a subsequent filing.

Summary

The petitioner, Rishav Utilities Services Pvt. Ltd., filed a civil writ petition before the Patna High Court against the State of Bihar and officials of the Rural Works Department. During the hearing, the petitioner’s counsel informed the court that a subsequent writ application (C.W.J.C. No.571 of 2026) had been filed, rendering the present petition redundant. Consequently, the petitioner expressed a desire not to pursue the current writ. The court accepted this submission and ordered that the present application be disposed of as not pressed. Any pending applications, if existent, were also directed to be disposed of.
