Holding

The Court held that the petitioner's grievance has been redressed and no further direction is required.

Summary

Ram Bhagat Yadav filed a writ petition seeking a direction to the Circle Officer of Ghanshyampur to consider and dispose of his representation dated 09‑06‑2025 for a fresh measurement of his land in Mauza Pohadi Bela, which he claimed was vague. The respondents submitted annexures showing that a proper measurement had been carried out as per the Anchal Amin's report dated 17‑03‑2026. The Court examined the annexures and found that the petitioner's grievance had been adequately addressed. It observed that any further dissatisfaction could be pursued before the appropriate revenue authority. Consequently, the Court disposed of the writ petition with the observation that the matter was redressed.
