The Court directs the Circle Officer, Akhorigola, Rohtas to look into the pending matter and act in accordance with law at the earliest.

Summary

Saroj Kumar Upadhyay filed a writ petition in the Patna High Court seeking a direction to the Circle Officer, Akhorigola, Rohtas, to dispose of an application pending against private respondents (Nos. 6‑8). The petitioner alleged that despite multiple notices, including one dated 17‑12‑2023 and a fresh application on 19‑01‑2026, no action had been taken. The State counsel contended that the Circle Officer would eventually decide the matter. The Court, after hearing, ordered the Circle Officer to examine the pending application and act in accordance with law at the earliest. The petition was therefore disposed with a directive to the administrative officer.
