2   02-04-2026                   The petitioner has filed the instant application for the

                   following relief (s) :-

                                        “1. a) To Issue an appropriate writ, order or
                                        direction, including a writ in the nature of
                                        Certiorari, for quashing the impugned requisition
                                        whereby vague charges have been made against the
                                        petitioner in violation of the mandatory provisions
                                        of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006;
                                        b) To Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction,
                                        including a writ in the nature of Mandamus,
                                        restraining the respondents from giving effect to the
                                        impugned requisition;
                                        c) Issue any other writ, order or direction as this
                                        Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the
                                        interest of justice;”


                                 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission
         Patna High Court CWJC No.4357 of 2026(2) dt.02-04-2026

                   to withdraw this application.

                               3. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
