Holding

The petition was dismissed as withdrawn, without addressing the substantive jurisdictional issue.

Summary

The petitioner, Kamlesh Ray, filed a writ petition challenging a notice issued by a Revenue Officer in a land mutation case, alleging that the notice was based on an offline objection despite the application being filed through the official online portal. The petitioner sought a writ of certiorari and mandamus to quash the notice, declared the acceptance of offline objections in an online proceeding illegal, and directed the authorities to follow the online record. The petition also requested any other appropriate reliefs. Counsel for the petitioner later moved for withdrawal of the petition. The Hon'ble Justice Rajiv Roy dismissed the writ petition as withdrawn, with no further adjudication on the merits.
