Holding

The order dated 15‑04‑2026 is to be read as referring to the ‘Amnesty Policy’ and is accordingly modified.

Summary

M/s Kunal Chemicals, represented by its proprietor Anand Kumar Jha, filed a writ petition before the Patna High Court challenging certain actions of the State of Bihar and the Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA). The petitioners sought relief concerning a policy referenced in the court’s earlier order dated 15‑04‑2026. The court observed that the order mistakenly mentioned ‘the Exit Policy’ instead of the intended ‘the Amnesty Policy’. Recognising the typographical error, the court directed that the policy name be read as ‘the Amnesty Policy’. Consequently, the order dated 15‑04‑2026 was modified to reflect this correction.
