Summary

Ornate Labs Private Ltd., represented by its Managing Director, filed a writ petition seeking a direction to the Bihar Medical Services and Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. (BMSICL) to dispose of a representation dated 08‑12‑2025 within a fixed period. The petitioners asked the Court to order BMSICL to fix a time‑frame for consideration, while the respondents, including the State of Bihar and BMSICL officials, raised no objection to such a direction. The Court, without delving into the merits of the representation, directed the Managing Director of BMSICL to consider the petitioner's representation expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks of receipt of the order, and to communicate any decision to the parties. It further directed that, should the claim be found genuine, appropriate action be taken. Accordingly, the writ petition was disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both sides.
