2. All the parties appearing in the present case
jointly submit that similar matters have been disposed of by a
Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.09.2024
passed in CWJC No. 1776 of 2017 and other analogous matters.
Parties, therefore, jointly pray that the present batch of writ
petitions may also be disposed of in terms of the said common
order.
3. As jointly prayed for by the parties, the present
batch of writ petitions are accordingly disposed of in terms of
the common order dated 03.09.024 passed in CWJC No. 1776
of 2017 and other analogous writ petitions. Accordingly, in these
batch of cases, I direct the Director, Mid-Day-Meal Scheme to
fix a date for appearance of the petitioner and the concerned
respondents before him for giving them personal hearing and for
deciding the matter by a reasoned order. The Director, Mid-Day-
Meal, Government of Bihar, Patna is given liberty to allow the
appearance of any of the parties through virtual mode if the
parties are not in a position to appear physically.
4. Till final order is passed by the Director, Mid-
Day-Meal, Government of Bihar, Patna, there shall be no

recovery of amount from the petitioner, if recovery has not been
made up till now. The entire exercise must be completed within
