The notice was issued to the petitioners and subsequent purchasers of land, alleging that the petitioners' possession was based on a Lok Adalat award dated 10‑04‑2007. The Court directed the petitioners to appear before the Additional Collector within two weeks and submit their objections with supporting documents. It further ordered the Additional Collector to consider the objections and pass a speaking order within three weeks of filing. Consequently, the writ application was disposed of by the Court.
