3   06-04-2026                    The petitioners have filed the instant application for

                   the following relief (s) :-

                                    “1.(i) To issue an appropriate writ, order,
                                    direction in the nature of mandamus commanding
                                    the respondents to prepare a fresh after merit list
                                    after     reverification      of      the     educational
                                    qualification. certificates / degrees required for
                                    determining eligibility of candidates.
                                    (ii) To issue an appropriate writ, order, direction
                                    in the nature of mandamus commanding the
                                    respondent Bihar Technical Service Commission
                                    to publish a fresh result after eliminating the
                                    candidates      possessing     fake       certificates    by
                                    following the due process of law.
                                    (iii) To issue an appropriate writ, order, direction
                                    in the nature of mandamus commanding the
                                    respondents      to    constitute     a     committee     of
                                    competent       authority     for     verification       and
                                    determining the genuineness of the educational
                                    qualification /degree of the candidates for final
                                    selection against the post of Junior Engineer
                                    against advertisement no. 1 of 2019.
                                    (iv) To issue an appropriate writ, order, direction
                                    in the nature of mandamus commanding the
                                    respondent, Bihar Technical Service Commission
                                    to constitute a committee for ascertaining the
                                    genuineness of the educational qualification
                                    certificates / degrees furnished by the successful

                                    candidates.
                                    (v) To issue an appropriate writ, order, direction in
                                    the    nature    of     mandamus    commanding     the
                                    respondents to initiate appropriate action and
                                    affix liability against the concerned officials who
                                    were     responsible      for   declaring   the   fake
                                    educational qualification certificates/degrees as
                                    genuine which resulted in erroneous publication of
                                    merit list.
                                    (vi) To issue an appropriate writ, order, direction
                                    in the nature of mandamus commanding the
                                    respondents to produce the verification report if
                                    any prepared by the investigating team constituted
                                    by the concerned technical department for
                                    verification of documents.
                                    (vii) To any other relief for which the petitioners
                                    appear to be found entitled by the Hon'ble Court.”


                               2. Mr. Pranav Kumar, learned counsel for the

                   petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

                               3. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
