Non‑compliance with the peremptory order for reconstruction of missing documents justifies dismissal of the appeal.

Summary

The appeal (First Appeal No.812 of 1976) involved numerous parties from the villages of Barari Harkesh and Muri Barari. The court on 12-12-2025 granted the appellants an eight‑week period, by a peremptory order, to reconstruct missing documents essential to the proceedings. The appellants failed to comply with this deadline. Consequently, the court noted the non‑compliance and, on 06-02-2026, dismissed the peremptory order, effectively dismissing the appeal. The judgment underscores that failure to obey a court‑mandated deadline results in dismissal of the pending relief.
