Holding

The Court held that the pleadings are complete and ordered the matter to be expedited, disposing of the Letters Patent Appeal.

Summary

The appellant, Rani Kumari, appealed a lower court's interim order dated 25.03.2026 which rejected a stay and scheduled the matter for 15.04.2026. The appellant argued that pleadings in the writ petition were complete, while the Bihar State Election Commissioner contested this claim. The High Court considered whether the pleadings were indeed complete and whether the matter should be expedited. The Court held that the pleadings were complete and directed that the hearing be expedited after that determination. Consequently, the Letters Patent Appeal was disposed of, and any interlocutory applications were also dismissed.
