The petition seeking restoration was dismissed as withdrawn.

Summary

Anant Chaudhary filed an application before the Patna High Court seeking restoration of Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 3222 of 2024, which had been dismissed for default after non‑compliance with an order dated 04‑02‑2025. The petitioner, through counsel Mr. Anirudh Kumar Verma, requested that the present petition be withdrawn so that a fresh petition for restoration of a different case (MJC No. 3582 of 2025) could be filed. The Court considered the request and found that the petitioner had effectively withdrawn the application. Consequently, the Court dismissed the petition as withdrawn. No substantive merits of the restoration request were examined, and the matter was closed without further orders.
