Summary

Romi Kumari (Petitioner) filed a Miscellaneous Jurisdiction petition before the Patna High Court seeking relief against the State of Bihar and several officials. She contended that the order dated 01‑12‑2022 in Criminal Writ Jurisdiction Case No.873 of 2021 had been fully complied with, and therefore she no longer had any grievance. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter could be disposed of. The Court, after considering the submission, disposed of the petition, noting that the petitioner’s rights to approach the court in the future remain intact. No further orders were made.
