The petition is disposed of as withdrawn upon the petitioner's request after compliance of the earlier order.

Summary

The petitioner, Karuna Kumari, filed a civil writ petition before the Patna High Court seeking relief against the State of Bihar and several education officials. The court had earlier issued an order on 27 August 2019 in CWJC No.560 of 2019, which the petitioner complied with. On 30 April 2026, the petitioner's counsel, Mr. Jagnnath Singh, informed the court that there was no longer any grievance and requested to withdraw the petition. The State, represented by Mr. Subhash Chandra Mishra, was present but did not oppose the withdrawal. The court, after considering the petitioner's submission, ordered that the petition stand disposed of as withdrawn. Consequently, the proceedings were terminated without any further adjudication.
