Holding

The contempt petition is disposed of, with the petitioner given liberty to re‑agitate the matter if desired.

Summary

Pinki Kumari filed a contempt petition alleging that the State of Bihar and several officials failed to comply with the Patna High Court's order dated 19‑02‑2020 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 1875 of 2020. The petition sought initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents. The court noted that the Divisional Commissioner, Munger, had, by memo No. 3877 dated 27‑06‑2022, negated the petitioner’s earlier appeal. The court granted the petitioner liberty to raise the matter again if she wishes, and consequently disposed of the contempt petition. No further orders were made.
