3     16-01-2026          1. Heard the parties.

                          2. The present application has been filed for restoration of

                     C. Misc. No. 160 of 2022, which got dismissed due to non

                     compliance of the order dated 22.06.2022.

                          3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to

                     communication gap notice could not be filed within stipulated

                     time inasmuch the petitioner at the relevant point of time had

                     gone to her brother’s home at Delhi, however, notice was

                     belatedly filed on 05.08.2022.

                          4. For the reasons stated in this application, the same is

                     allowed and the connected case bearing C. Misc. No. 160 of

                     2022 is restored to its original file.

                          5. It is made clear that if the order is not complied next time

                     the restoration application of the petitioner shall not be

                     considered.
