The contempt petition is disposed of, and no contempt proceedings are initiated against the respondents.

Summary

The petitioner, Md. Wasi Ahmad, filed a contempt petition in the Patna High Court seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against several officials of the Bihar Education Department for allegedly willfully disobeying the Court’s order dated 10‑12‑2018 in CWJC No.11925 of 2018. The petition alleged that the respondents failed to comply with the directions of that order, thereby warranting contempt action. The Court examined the submissions and noted that the District Provident Fund Office, Muzaffarpur had issued an authority letter concerning the petitioner, indicating some compliance. The Court granted the petitioner liberty to raise any further grievance if it persisted. Consequently, the Court disposed of the contempt petition, effectively dismissing the application for contempt proceedings.
