The Court directed that paragraph 3 of the order dated 24‑07‑2023 be read with the corrected reference to the petitioner’s case and disposed of the petition.

Summary

Charanjeet Singh filed a writ petition challenging an observation in the Three Man Committee report dated 15‑05‑2007, which incorrectly identified him as Sri Rajendra Singh (serial no. 60) instead of his correct entry (serial no. 58). The petitioner sought a rectification of the report. The Court examined the petition and, after hearing counsel, found that the error was due to inadvertence. It ordered that paragraph 3 of the order dated 24‑07‑2023 be read with the corrected reference to the petitioner’s case. Consequently, the petition was disposed of.
