Summary

Shiva Chandra Chaudhary filed a contempt petition before the Patna High Court against the State of Bihar and officials of the Muzaffarpur Civil Court. The petitioner claimed that despite compliance with the Court's earlier order dated 14‑03‑2018 in CWJC No. 11707 of 2017, he still had unresolved grievances. The learned counsel submitted that the earlier order had been fully complied with and sought liberty for the petitioner to approach the respondents for any remaining issues. The Court examined the submission, found no breach of its earlier order, and therefore granted the requested liberty. Consequently, the contempt petition was disposed of.
