Holding

The court declined to modify the earlier order and disposed of the petition without granting an extension of time.

Summary

The petitioner, Maya Devi, filed Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No. 2652 of 2017 seeking an extension of the reasonable time to file a civil suit, requesting modification of an order dated 16‑12‑2011 passed by Justice Navin Sinha. The petitioner argued that the extension was necessary to explore land‑related remedies and to file the suit. The court noted the earlier writ order and a subsequent civil review order dated 14‑08‑2013, and found no merit in granting further relief. No additional comments were made, and the petition was disposed of without modification of the earlier order. Consequently, the petitioner was not granted the requested extension.
