Permission to withdraw the contempt application was granted and the application was dismissed as withdrawn.

Summary

Nutan Kumari filed a contempt application against the State of Bihar and several officials, alleging non‑compliance with an earlier order dated 06‑07‑2021 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 5931 of 2021. The petitioner later claimed that the order had been complied with and sought the Court's permission to withdraw the contempt proceeding. The High Court examined the petition and, finding that the compliance was indeed effected, granted permission to withdraw the application. Consequently, the contempt application was dismissed as withdrawn. The Court, however, cautioned that the petitioner remains free to approach the appropriate forum for any further grievance against the order of the competent authority.
