Holding
The contempt application is disposed of as no further order is required after compliance with the writ court's directions.
Summary
The petitioner filed a contempt application challenging the order dated 16-11-2021 of Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.1267 of 2021, which had directed the concerned authority to consider a representation within three months and allowed the petitioner to approach the court again if aggrieved. The opposite parties complied with that direction by issuing a final order on 18-01-2022. The Patna High Court observed that the compliance satisfied the Writ Court’s directions and that no further order was necessary. Consequently, the court held that the contempt application could not proceed. The application was therefore disposed of, and any pending applications, if any, were also ordered to stand disposed.
