                                     2. The parties are contesting the matter before the

                        court of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Munger in

                        Land Acquisition Case No. 06/2023.

                                     3. In these circumstances, it has further been informed

                        that the evidence is being recorded on a day-to-day basis.

                                     4. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a

                        direction to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Munger to

                        conclude the aforesaid proceeding within three months and file

                        a compliance report.

                                     5. Let a copy of this order be communicated through

                        FAX to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Munger for its

                        compliance.
