Summary

The petitioner, Nisha Kumari, filed a miscellaneous appeal (No. 1179 of 2016) before the Patna High Court seeking compliance with an earlier order dated 08.01.2018. The opposite party, Rajeev Kumar, through counsel Ajay Kumar, handed over a sum of Rs. 25,000 to the petitioner's counsel in the court on 09-04-2026 as required by that order.
