The petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Summary

The petitioner, Ritu Raj Jaiswal, filed a writ petition against the State of Bihar and several education officials. The petition sought relief, but the petitioner’s counsel later informed the court that the order of the Writ Court had been fully complied with. Accordingly, the counsel argued that the case had become infructuous and should be disposed of. The respondent’s counsel was present but made no substantive objection. The Hon’ble Justice Alok Kumar Sinha accepted the submission, held that the petition was now infructuous, and ordered its disposal.
