The petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Summary

Vinod Prasad and Karuna Devi filed a writ petition before the Patna High Court seeking enforcement of a direction allegedly issued in an earlier order dated 20‑12‑2022 in CWJC No.5625 of 2022. The petitioners contended that the Union of India, the State of Bihar and several postal officials had failed to comply with that direction. During the hearing, the petitioners admitted that no specific direction had actually been issued in the earlier order, and therefore they were not pressing the present petition. They indicated that they would rely on the liberty already granted in the 20‑12‑2022 order. The Court, noting the admission, held that there was no cause for further adjudication and disposed of the petition as not pressed. Consequently, the petition was dismissed without any further orders.
