The petition is dismissed as the order directing the petitioner’s absorption into service has been complied with.

Summary

Vishwamohan Kumar Sinha, a lecturer at Parvati Science College, filed a writ petition against the State of Bihar and several university officials seeking enforcement of an earlier court order directing his absorption into service. The petitioner argued that the order dated 17-04-2026 issued by the Vice Chancellor of Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University had been complied with, and therefore the petition should be disposed. The respondent side, represented by the Government Advocate, did not contest the compliance. The Court examined the claim of compliance and found no merit in continuing the petition. Consequently, the Court ordered that the petition stand disposed.
