1. Learned AGP placed on record the office order
which indicates that the State Government has agreed to
comply with section 17(b) of the I.D. Act in respect of
the workman in question from the date of the award of
the Labour Court.
2. In the light of this order, learned counsel for the
workman submits that he would not press the contempt
proceedings for the present and would decide on the
further course of action depending on the outcome of this
LPA.
