1.        By way of present application, request is made to
condone the delay of 323 days occasioned in filing
aforesaid Letters Patent Appeal.

2.        Considering the averments made in the application,
we are satisfied with the explanation made out to
condone the delay occurred in filing the LPA.

3.        Hence, the delay is condoned. Application is allowed.
