pendency of this application, charge-sheet has been laid

before the concerned competent Court.                                                 Hence, he seeks

and       is      granted             permission                to      withdraw               the       present

application with a liberty to file fresh bail application before

the concerned competent Court in accordance with law.


Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with the

aforesaid liberty. Rule is discharged.
