 1.       The present application is filed by the applicant to condone the
 delay of 11 days occurred in preferring the accompanying Criminal
 Appeal No. 852 of 2026 being converted from original Criminal
 Revision Application No. 330 of 2026 to criminal appeal.

 2.       Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.

 3.       Considering the averments and explanation given in the
 application and hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties,
 this Court finds that sufficient cause is made out to condone the
 delay.

 4.       In view of the above, the delay occurred in preferring the
 Criminal Appeal No. 852 of 2026 is condoned. The application stands
 disposed of accordingly.
