          After arguing for sometime, when the Court is not inclined,
learned advocate for the applicant upon instructions seeks permission to
withdraw the present application however, has requested to expedite
the trial.

          Permission as prayed for is granted. Present application is
disposed of as withdrawn. Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the
trial and applicant also should cooperate in expeditious disposal and if
applicant fails to engage an advocate, he shall be provided one from
Chief Legal Defence Counsel. This Court has not examined the merits of
the case.
