Present application is filed by the applicant for
restoration of the proceedings of F/Criminal Appeal No.12884
of 2026, which was dismissed on the ground of non removal of
office objections.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
present application is hereby allowed. The proceedings of
F/Criminal Appeal No.12884 of 2026 is hereby restored to its
original file and status, on condition that all the office
objections shall be removed within period of one week from
today. The application stands disposed of.
