                                ORAL ORDER


1.     Rule returnable forthwith.                  Learned APP waives

service of rule on behalf of the respondent State.



2.     The present application is                  led by the applicant

seeking temporary bail after ling of the charge-sheet for

a period of 15 days.



3.     Having considered the ground mentioned in the

application and considering the facts and circumstance of

the case, this court is inclined to exercise discretion in

favour of the applicant.



5.     Accordingly, the applicant is directed to be released

on temporary bail, for a period of 14 days from the date

of his actual release, upon his furnishing a security

deposit of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) before

the jail authority, prior to his release. The said deposit

shall be returned to the applicant when he surrenders

within the stipulated time without any further order from

this Court. In case, the applicant fails to surrender within

stipulated time, the amount of security deposit shall be

forfeited by the jail authority.



6.     In addition to the abovementioned security deposit,

the applicant shall also furnish a personal bond of

Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties

of the like amount to the satisfaction of the jail authority

and on usual terms and conditions, as may be imposed by

the jail authority. The applicant shall mark his presence

before the concerned police station or the nearest police

station being Talala Police Station every alternate day

and shall surrender to the jail authorities on expiry of the

temporary bail period.                            It is hereby clari ed that, no

further extension shall be granted on expiry of the

temporary bail period and also the Court shall not

entertain any application for reduction of amount of bail

bond and surety.



7.        The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.

Rule is made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
