          Having heard the learned advocate for the applicant and learned APP
for respondent – State of Gujarat and considering the averments made in
the applications, respective petitions i.e. Special Criminal Application
Nos.9569/2025, 9568/2025, 9565/2025 and 9592/2025 are hereby ordered
to be restored to its original /le on condition that the matter shall proceed
further without asking for unnecessary adjournment. Present applications
are disposed of accordingly.
