Summary
The applicant filed a temporary bail application to attend his cousin's marriage scheduled for 10 February 2026. The respondent State opposed the application. The Court examined the request and found that the purpose of the application had become moot as the marriage had already taken place. Consequently, the Court held that the application was infructuous. The application was therefore disposed of without granting bail.
