 1. The Applicant has                              led this Application for grant of
      temporary                bail        on       the        ground             mentioned                 in      the
      application.


 2. Heard learned APP Mr.Rohan Raval for the respondent
      State.


 3. On perusing the jail remarks, it indicate that the
      applicant when released on interim bail on last occasion
      for 7 days, had thereafter absconded for 265 days and
      came to be apprehended by the police on 27.05.2025.


 4. Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to
      exercise the discretion in favour of the applicant.                                                          The
      Application is rejected.
