          Considering the averments made in the application,
 present application is allowed and delay caused in filing the
 aforesaid Criminal Misc. Application is hereby condoned subject
 to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- with the Gujarat State Legal
 Services Authority within a period of 15 days from today and
 with the clarification that it is not coming on record as to what
 happened between the time period of dismissal of the petition till
 the restoration.

          Permission is granted to move the application for interim-
 relief, if any.
