Disposal
26-DISMISSED @ ADM.STAGE

Holding

The Office Note stands disposed of.

Summary

The applicant, Anvarbhai AMDubhai Solanki, filed a criminal miscellaneous application seeking successive regular bail after the filing of a chargesheet. The matter was heard on 13 February 2026, and the court indicated that arguments were concluded and the case was kept for orders. Due to an inadvertent procedural lapse, the final order was uploaded on the court website before the matter could be listed for pronouncement. The court clarified that the omission was unintentional and that the office note related to the application is therefore disposed of. No substantive merits of the bail application were addressed, and the order solely dealt with the procedural irregularity.

      CORAM:HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE M. R. MENGDEY

                                                   Date : 10/03/2026

                                                     ORAL ORDER

   1. The matter was heard by this Court on 13.02.2026 and the
order was passed “Arguments concluded. The matter is kept for
orders.” However, the said order was not uploaded by the
concerned PS on the website and in the interregnum, the final
order which was dictated by this Court had been uploaded on
   the website.

   2. It is therefore clarified that through inadvertence, the
matter could not be listed for pronouncement of order and
directly the final order came to be uploaded by the concerned PS.

   3. Hence, the Office Note stands disposed of.

                                                                                               (M. R. MENGDEY,J)
