 Learned APP conducting the trial conducting of Sessions
 Case No.35 of 2025 before the Sessions Court of
 Panchmahals at Godhara is requested to summon the
 witnesses and proceed with the trial as expeditiously as
 possible considering the other older matters on the board
 of the concerned learned Sessions Court.

 In view of the above, Mr.Altaf Charkha learned advocate
 for the applicant seeks and is granted permission to
 withdraw the present application.

 Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
