ORAL ORDER
At the outset, learned APP submits that during
the pendency of the present proceedings, the
concerned investigating officer has submitted charge-
sheet before the competent Court.
In view of the aforesaid development took place
in the matter, learned advocate Mr. Patel for the
applicants, without touching the merits of the
matter, seeks permission to withdraw this application
with a liberty to move appropriate proceedings before
the appropriate Court.
Permission, as sought for, is granted. The
application stands disposed of as withdrawn with the
aforesaid liberty. It is clarified that this Court
has not examined the merits of the matter.
