Holding
The revision application is dismissed as infructuous because the accused died.
Summary
The petitioner, Vinodkumar Kishorlal Mina, filed a criminal revision application challenging the trial court's acquittal under the Negotiable Instruments Act. The respondent No.2, Anil Kanjibhai Thakkar, died on 28 November 2025, and a death certificate was produced before the court. The revision sought to set aside the acquittal despite the death of the accused. The court noted that the death of the accused renders the pending revision ineffective. Consequently, the court disposed of the application as infructuous, effectively dismissing the petition.
