  per his knowledge, both the parties are separated from each
  other’s matrimonial life. He further submits that he tried to
  contact the petitioner for multiple times, but did not get any
  reply. In view of above, present First Appeal stands dismissed
  for non-removal of o!ice objection with a liberty to revive the
  same in case of di!iculty. Notice discharged.


             Registry is directed to return back the R & P, if any, to
  the concerned Court forthwith.
