       is taken on record. Interim relief, if any, granted earlier stands
       vacated forthwith. Consequently, CA, if any, does not survive
       and stands disposed of accordingly.


                  It is clarified that this Court has not examined the merits
       of the matter.

                  Registry is directed to return back the R & P, if any, to
       the concerned Court forthwith.
